Coffee Shop Stuff offers hands on training at your location by a Specialty Coffee Association Certified Master Barista, Certified Brewing Technician, and SCAA Training Committee member.
Trainer will:
- Show you how to implement your business plan
- Discuss length and content of class via phone in preparation
- Travel to you location or suitable place nearby to conduct training
- Provide printed curriculum for you to keep
- Customize training based on your business plan, menu, cafe layout,
and equipment package
- Schedule follow up phone meetings to ensure sales goals are being met
Following this training you will:
- Understand the history and cultivation of coffee
- Know how green coffee is roasted, blended and packaged
- Be able to recognize single origin taste profiles
- Brew coffee to Golden Cup Standards
- Build espresso beverages like a Barista Champion
- Have a proven plan to market to your target customers
- Easily be able to adjust and trouble shoot your equipment
- Have quality control standards in place to ensure on going consistent quality
