Package 1...Basic Design/Floor Plan - Coffee Shop

In this package, we research the permitting process for your area and document the agency requirements for approval. We also investigate the local building code and document any major issues that may affect a "standard" design (such as hood exhaust issues, handicap accessibility issues, etc.) You will provide us a list of landlord requirements and measured "as-built" drawings and photographs of the location. Based upon the assembled information, we will provide a sketch of the basic concept showing general barista arrangement and a seating layout. Equipment will be schematically noted in this package.
